Alane Thomson LaMee Endowment Scholarship: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours in an associate degree program during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Volusia or Flagler county (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).  Preference will be given to displaced homemakers.

Alicia Avant Erwin Memorial Nursing Endowment Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in either the LPN or RN program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Gamma Mu Omega Chapter Scholarship: $500 scholarship for the fallmay be applied to tuition, fees & books.  Scholarship recipient may be a contiuing full time or part-time female student.  Scholarship recipient must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 semester hours.  Recipient must maintain satisfactory grades (2.5 GPA).  Recipient must be a female and a resident of Volusia Cty.  Preference will be given to a female of African-American descent.  Recipient must be a US citizen.  Recipient must demonstrate financial need.

American Association of University Women - Daytona Beach Scholarship: $800 scholarship for a new or continuing student. Scholarship recipient must be a female resident of the greater Daytona Beach area for at least one year and provide proof of residency via photocopy of voter registration or driver's license. Scholarship recipient must be in transition returning to fcomplete her education. (This applies to any woman who has been away from formal education for work, family or personal reasons and is now returning to complete her education.) Scholarship recipient must be enrolled for at least 6 credit hours in an academic major at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.

American Association of University Women - Flagler County Branch Scholarship: $1,200 scholarship for a new or continuing female student who will enroll in at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, intend to transfer to a college or university to pursue a bachelor's degree, and be a U.S. citizen and a resident of Flagler County for at least one year (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).

American Lung Association of FL Respiratory Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a continuing student who will have completed the first semester in the Respiratory Care Program and all of the Support Science or General Education courses as per the DSC Catalog prior to the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must be enrolled in the Respiratory Care Program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought and must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA. Applicants must be a resident of Volusia or Flagler County and the State of Florida. Applicants must have volunteered at least 5 hours for the ALAFCA prior to application submittal. Applicants must demonstrate either academic excellence or financial need, must not use any tobacco products, must permit the ALAFCA to publicize the scholarship in the local media, and must agree to meet with the ALAFCA during the semester of the award.

Amy Euliss Campbell Memorial Scholarship: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Photography program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Anne Hollmuller Memorial Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student. Scholarship recipient must be enrolled in the Associate Degree ursing (leading to the R.N.) program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.Scholarship recipient must be a resident of Flagler County.Scholarship recipient must be a U.S. citizen.

Annie Cecilia Van Santen Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA, be a resident of Volusia or Flagler county (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license) and demonstrate financial need. Scholarship will be awarded over two semesters ($500 per semester respectively).

Annie T. Dixon Endowment Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours in an occupational/technical degree program or certificate program during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.

Argie Scholarship-First Generation: $1,000 scholarship.  Scholarship recipient must be a full time student and should not be more than 2 years out of high school.  Scholarship recipient must be enrolled in the semester for which scholarship is sought.  Scholarship recipient must maintain satisfactory grades (2.0 GPA) seeking an Associate’s Degree.  Scholarship recipient must be a resident of Volusia County.  Scholarship recipient must be a US citizen.  Scholarship recipient must demonstrate financial need. 

Artists’ Workshop of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Scholarship:  $500 scholarship to be paid $250 a semester for a new or continuing student who will enroll in at least one art class at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must be a resident of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and a U.S. citizen (provide copy of voter registration card or driver’s license).  Scholarship recipient must attend the Artists’ Workshop annual members’ exhibit luncheon (and allow publicity photos) in January of award year.  Preference will be given to a student who can demonstrate financial need and is majoring in studio arts.

Bank of America Dream Makers Scholarships:  $500 scholarship to be awarded to 1st Generation students only.  Scholarship may be used for r tuitions, fees, books and childcare.  A minimum GPA of a 2.0 is required.

Barbara Amos Sipe Scholarship:  $1000 scholarship for a student in their Senior year who has completed 90 credit hours towards a B.S. degree in one of the following areas: Elementary Education, Exceptional Student Education, Secondary Education Mathematics, Secondary Education Biology, Secondary Earth/Space Science Education.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Student must be enrolled full time at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Scholarship monies can be used for tuition, fees and/or books only. Preference will be given to students who are not eligible for Federal Funding and who is a non-traditional student. Student must demonstrate financial need.

Battelle Memorial Scholarship Marine Science Program: $500 scholarship.  Financial Assistance to students enrolled at DSC in the Marine Science Program.  Scholarship recipient may be a new or continuing full time student.  Scholarship recipient must be enrolled in Marine Science Program at DSC.  Scholarship recipient must maintain satisfactory grades (2.0 GPA); Scholarship recipient must be a US citizen.  Scholarship recipient must demonstrate financial need. 

Bell South Endowment Scholarship: $750 scholarship for a  full-time student enrolled in a communications and/or marketing program in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Scholarship recipient must be a second-year student who has already completed at least 24 semester hours and scholarship recipient must demonstrate financial need.

Bernice N. Fishpaw Nursing Scholarship: $600 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll at least part-time in the Licensed Practical Nursing  Limited Access Program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA and must be currently employed as licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.  Must provide proof of current licensure and a letter from the CNA's current employer.  Must excel in patient care and must be a resident of Volusia County.

Bill & Georgia Akers Bachelor's Degree Scholarship: Scholarship recipient must be enrolled in the BAS Degree program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.                       

Bill Chappell Memorial Endowment Scholarship: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Bill Gordon Automotive Scholarship Endowment: $850 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in an automotive program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must maintain satisfactory progress toward program completion and demonstrate financial need. 

Bright House Networks: $1000 scholarships for a full  or part time students, new or continuing, taking at least 9 credit hours.  . Scholarship recipient must be enrolled in the Interactive Media program  at DSC. Scholarship to be awarded in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and be a US Citizen.  Scholarship will be based on scholastics and financial need. 

CEC Scholarhip: $250 scholarship - Scholarship recipient must a continuing student.  Scholarship recipient must be a member of the Carroll-Elam Resource Center at DSC.  Scholarship recipient must be male.  Recipient must be African-American or Hispanic.  Scholarship recipient must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 college credits or vocational credit hrs at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Scholarship recipient must be a US citizen or permanent resident.  Scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.  Scholarship recipient must demonstrate financial need.

Center for Women and Men Advisory Board Scholarship Fund:  $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least 6 credit hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have participated or be currently participating in programs sponsored by the DSC Women’s Center, i.e., Fresh Start, Fresh Start for Men, New Direction, EL Civics, or CCAMPIS.  Applicants must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and must demonstrate financial need.  (Scholarship recipient must present financial aid award letter or appeals letter to receive award). 

Center for Women and Men Advisory Board Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least 6 credit hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have participated or be currently participating in programs sponsored by the DSC Center for Women and Men, i.e., Fresh Start, Fresh Start for Men, New Direction, EL Civics, or CCAMPIS.  Applicants must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and must demonstrate financial need.  (Scholarship recipient must present financial aid award letter or appeals letter to receive award). 

Central Florida Regional Hospital Scholarship: $1000 Scholarship recipient must be enrolled full-time at DSC in the registered nursing program in the year (two semesters) for which the scholarship is sought.  Scholarship recipient may be either a new or continuing student.  Scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.  Scholarship recipient must sign a contract with CFRH for a working commitment for one year of employment after attaining the RN license for each year of scholarship assistance received.

Charles E. Creal Memorial Endowment Scholarship: $800 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours in a Visual Arts or Studio Arts program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA, be a U.S. citizen and a resident of Flagler or Volusia county (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license) and demonstrate financial need.

Charles J. Maybeck Scholarship: $600 scholarship. Scholarship recipient must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or above and have successfully completed 12 credit hours in the air conditioning program at DSC. Scholarship recipient must show financial need. Scholarship recipient must show a strong commitment to a career in the HVAC industry.

Checkered Flag Committee Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a student pursing a degree or certificate in any of the DSC credit programs; applicant must be a Florida resident and have a minimum GPA 2.5

Cheryl Ann Case Gannett Memorial Endowment Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in the Nursing (associate degree) program (leading to qualification as a registered nurse) during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Flagler County (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).

Constantin Crachilov Merit Scholarship - $500 scholarship to a new or continuing international student, enrolled fulltime in at least 12 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 3.5 enrolled in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Program of Study.  Candidate must demonstrate financial need.

C. W. "Skip" Eads Memorial Scholarship: $500 scholarship to a part-time student or a $1000 scholarship to a full-time student who is in the 3rd semester or greater of an A.A., A.S. or BAS program.  Student must have a 3.0 GPA and be a resident of Volusia or Flagler counties.  Student must demonstrate financial need with the award going to the student with the greatest financial need among those meeting all other requirements.

Dana Rodman Tiffany Scholarship: $800 scholarship. Recipient must be a continuing student.  Must be a non-traditional student who has returned to college to complete his or her education. Scholarship recipient must have completed at least six semester hours prior to the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Scholarship recipient must be enrolled for at least six semester hours at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA

David W. Goddard Endowment Scholarships: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in a health-related program during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Daytona Beach Builders Exchange Endowment: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in the Associate degree Architectural and Building Technology program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Daytona Beach Kiwanis Scholarship: $500 scholarship applicant who has participated as a Key Club member in High School will have first priority. Scholarship applicant must demonstrate a financial need. Scholarship applicant must be a new student who is enrolled in at least 12 credit hours or be registered as a full time student for Fall classes and have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA from their High School . Scholarship applicant must be currently registered and enrolled in classes at DSC . Applicant must be in a degree program. Applicant must be a graduate of Mainland, Seabreeze, Atlantic, Father Lopez or Spruce Creek only.

Daytona Beach Street Rods Scholarship:  $500 Scholarship recipient must be registered in the ATC (body and mechanic program). Preference will be a student from either Flagler or Volusia Counties, applicant must demonstrate financial need. Applicant must have two letters of recommendation.

DB Advertising Fed. Multi Media Broadcast Comm. Scholarship:  Student must be enrolled in a Multi Media/Broadcast Communications Associates degree or Certificate program at DSC in the semester for which it is sought.

Deland Police Dept. Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship.  Scholarship recipient may be a new or continuing student.  Scholarship recipient must have been accepted and be enrolled in the Law Enforcement Recruit Training at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Scholarship recipient must be eligible for employment under FDLE guidelines. Scholarship recipient must intend to work for the Deland Police Department for at least three years after program completion. Scholarship may be used for other training at DSC as deemed necessary by the Deland Police Department.

Joseph E. and Shirley P. Dennison Endowment Scholarship:  $1,000 to a full-time continuing student who has completed a minimum of 9 credit hours and has maintained continued enrollment in one of the majors listed below:  Practical Nursing;  Licensed Practical Nursing;  Associate Degree - Nursing; Transition into Associate Degree – Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  The student must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 3.0, and be a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident. 

Diocelina Barrero Scholarship:   Scholarship recipient may be a new or continuing student.  Scholarship recipient must be from a Latin American Country.  Scholarship recipient must enroll full time in an AA degree program.

Dr. John H. Staples Memorial Endowment Scholarship: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA, be a resident of Volusia or Flagler county (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license), and demonstrate financial need.

Dr. N.P. Pillai Scholarship: $800 scholarship Scholarship recipient may be a new or continuing student.  Scholarship recipient must be from African-American, Asian-American, Hispanic, or Native-American descent. (indicate in essay)  Scholarship recipient must be enrolled full-time at DSC in one of the sciences leading to the biomedical field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) to obtain an Associate of Arts (AA) degree or a Bachelor's degree in field.  Scholarship recipient must demonstrate intent to pursue a Bachelor's degree in field either at DSC or another 4-year institution.  Scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.  Scholarship recipient must be a Florida resident.  Scholarship recipient must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident of the United States. Scholarship recipient must demonstrate financial need.

Dr. Sam & Janet Burnett Scholarship: $1000 Scholarship.  Scholarship recipient may be a new or continuing student.  Scholarship recipient must have been accepted and be enrolled in Daytona State College. Scholarship recipient must have a 2.0 GPA and maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA.   Scholarship recipient must demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to Flagler campus students. Financial assistance in both tuition and books for students who are residents of Flager or Volusia Counties (provide a copy of voter registration card or driver's license).

DSC Culinary Management AS Scholarships: $500 scholarship for continuing students who will enroll for at least 12 semester hours in the Culinary Management AS program during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicant must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Early Learning Coalition of Flagler & Volusia Counties: $250 - $500 scholarship.  Scholarship recipient may be a new or continuing student. Scholarship recipient must enroll for at least 3 credit hours in the CDA, AS-Early Childhood Education, or BAS program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Scholarship recipient must be a resident of Flagler or Volusia County.  Scholarship recipient must be employed full-time (working a minimum of 30 hours per week) in the field of early childhood education or a related agency within Flagler or Volusia County (provide written verification from employer).  Scholarship recipient must not be receiving any other federal, state, or private education assistance.  ($250 for 3-6 CR HOURS; $500 FOR AT LEAST 6 CR HOURS.)

East Coast Doll Collectors Guild Scholarships: $800 scholarship for new students who are graduates of a Volusia or Flagler county high school and will enroll at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 high school GPA and demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to student who is majoring in the Arts (music, drama, theater or dance).

Eddie Lee Taylor Memorial Scholarship: $700 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in the Basic Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice or similar programs during the semester that the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must maintain satisfactory progress toward program completion, demonstrate financial need and be a Volusia or Flagler county resident (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).

Edmund & Victoria Wirths Scholarships: $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.  First preference will be given to students in music, with emphasis on stringed instruments, especially the violin; second preference will be given to students in teaching careers; and third preference will be given to students in medical arts and health-related fields. 

Edward Teschner, Jr. Memorial Nursing Endowment Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Nursing  (Associate Degree) program (leading to qualification as a Registered Nurse) during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need. 

Elizabeth Barr Studio Arts Scholarship: $1,500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least nine semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Preference will be given to a student who is majoring in Studio Arts (painting, printmaking, watercolor, or design but not computer or digital). Applicants must demonstrate financial need.  The scholarship will be awarded over two semesters ($750 per semester).

Elizabeth Bronson Scholarship: $500 scholarship for general aid to Daytona State College student in the nursing program.

Elizabeth Schumacher Memorial Nursing: $800 scholarship recipient may be a new or continuing student. Student may receive for up to 4 semesters. Scholarship recipient must be enrolled full time in the Associate Degree Nursing (RN) program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Scholarship recipient must be a resident of Volusia or Flagler County.  Scholarship recipient must demonstrate financial need.

Eric & Lillian Lenholt Memorial Scholarships: $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who  is full or part-time students in a healthcare-related program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Flagler County Collaborative Partnership Scholarship: $850 scholarship for a new or continuing student who is seeking Child Development Associate (CDA) certification and will enroll in at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.   Preference will be given to a student who is already working in a childcare facility.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and be a resident of Flagler County (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).

Flagler/Palm Coast Scholarship: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA, be a Flagler County resident and demonstrate financial need (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).

Florida Blue Scholarship:  $1,000 scholarship to students in the Nursing and Allied Health Programs at Daytona State College.  A primary focus of the scholarships is to attract students from population segments that are under-represented into the nursing workforce. For purposes of this scholarship, the term under­ represented refers to a student of low socio-economic status.  A minimum of a 2.0 is mandated.  Eligible programs include the following: Nursing Assistant;
Practical Nurse; Associate Degree Nurse; Baccalaureate Degree Nurse and Other Allied Health programs identified by the college

Florida Health Care Plans Auxiliary Scholarship: $1,400 scholarship for a new or continuing student who is a dependent of an employee of FHCP part-time Florida Health Care Plans employee (working between 20 and 31 hours per week) or the dependent of, or under the legal guardianship of, a current Florida Health Care Plans full-time or part-time employee (working between 20 and 31 hours per week) who has completed at least one year of service.  For dependents, relationship to and name of FHCP employee must be indicated in essay.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and will enroll in at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  (Scholarship is awarded over two semesters: $700 per semester).  Scholarship recipient is expected to attend the Florida Health Care Plans Auxiliary banquet in the year that the award is received.  This award is not open to employees of FHCP, just their dependents.

Fockler Leadership Endowment Scholarship:  $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least 12 credit hours at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum 2.0 GPA.  Preference given to Manufacturing Technology students.

Frances Keeling Coe Endowment Scholarship for First-Year Students: $3,200 scholarship for new first-year students who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours at DSC during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA and demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to non-traditional students.  (Awarded over four semesters: $800 per semester).  Scholarship recipients must maintain minimum scholarship requirements to receive subsequent installments.

Frances Keeling Coe Endowment Scholarship for Second-Year Students: $3,200 scholarship for new second-year students who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours at DSC during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA and demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to non-traditional students.  (Awarded over four semesters:$800 per semester).  Scholarship recipients must maintain minimum scholarship requirements to receive subsequent installments.            

George C. Nunamann Scholarship: $600 scholarship for a new or continuing student enrolled in at least six semester hours and $1200 scholarship for new or continuing student enrolled in at least twelve semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.   Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need. 

George Thompson Memorial Endowment Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll in a program at the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and be a resident of Volusia or Flagler county (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).

Goff, Mary Ann  Center for Women and Men Scholarship: must be a graduate of the Fresh start program.  At least one recipient per year will be from New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Oak Hill Area.  Funds will be used for books, tuition, to continue their education. Final decision regarding who will receive funding will be made by 3 staff members of the  enter for Women and Men.

Gordon E. & Gladys M. Gresso Perpetual Scholarship Trust: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours and major in the Arts or Sciences (applies only to students who are in AA degree programs) during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Gullett Family Endowment Scholarship: $800 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in Law Enforcement Recruiting Training, Fire Fighting, Fire Science Technology or Emergency Medical Services programs during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Volusia or Flagler county (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license). Hal Marchman Human Services Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in the Human Services or Addictions Specialist program  during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Hammock Dunes Club Scholarship: Scholarships of $100 per credit hour, up to $1,200 scholarship per FT recipient  per semester for a new or continuing student who will enroll in an AA, AS, BAS, or certificate program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must be a current employee of Hammock Dunes Club or an employee dependent (must submit a letter of recommendation from a Hammock Dunes representative).  Applicants must apply on-line to be eligible for scholarship.  Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, a Florida resident, and maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA. Scholarship will be awarded over two semesters (up to $1,200 per semester), with exact award amount based on student’s actual tuition, fees, and textbook costs.  Scholarship recipient must continue to maintain minimum scholarship criteria to receive subsequent installments.  Students who have applied for this scholarship must be approved by the GM at Hammock Dunes prior to any disbursement of funds.

Hammock Women's Association Scholarship Endowment: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will be enrolled at Daytona State in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must be a resident of Hammock, Florida (beachside from Fox's Cut north to Marineland) with a minimum residency of two years, must be a United States citizen for at least five years, and must demonstrate financial need.  Scholarship recipient must maintain satisfactory progress toward program completion.

Hammond Felt Minor Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship.  Scholarship recipient must be a continuing student who has completed at least one semester in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at DSC prior to the semester for the scholarship is sought.  Scholarship recipient must be enrolled for at least 12 credit hours in the Physical Therapist Assistant program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.  Scholarship recipient must demonstrate financial need.

Harry Leroi Baker Scholarship: $750 scholarship.  First Preference to wastewater / water treatment major: next to a chemistry major; then to other science majors.  Financial need. Minimum 3.0 GPA

Helen Wetzel Memorial Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for the BAS Program.  Student must have graduated with a AS or AA Degree from Daytona State College.

Helios Education Foundation First Generation Scholarship:  $1,000 scholarships to be awarded to 1st Generation students only.  Scholarship monies may be used for tuition, books and fees only.  Student must be in ”Good Standing with the College’s Foundation in terms of scholarships“.  Preference is for students preparing for a career in education, with the intent to become a teacher in the state of Florida.  Student must take the “Student Success” course (SLS 1122) in the 1st year of study to meet the requirement of enrolling in the “Life Skills Course” required for all recipients.
Student must be a permanent resident of Florida. 
 

Henry C. Okraski Schship in Simulation Technology: $2,000 scholarships for a new or continuing student who is enrolled in the A.S degree in Simulation and Robotics or who has completed the A.S. in Simulation and Robotics and is now enrolled in the B.S. Program in Engineering Technology (BSET) at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must be a Florida resident, have a minimum grade point average of 2.5, and demonstrate some degree of financial need.  Scholarship will be awarded over two semesters ($900 per semester).

Heritage Gold & Diamond Exchange Finance Scholarship:  $500 scholarship for students who have attended Deltona HS, Pine Ridge HS and/or University HS (Orange City). Recipient must be seeking a degree in Finance (first preference) Business (second preference).  Recipient must demonstrate financial needs.

Hispanic American Club of Palm Coast: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing full-time student. Recipient must be of Hispanic heritage, maintain a 3.0 GPA, US citizen or US legal permanent resident (green card) and demonstrate financial need. Scholarship recipient must have an acceptance letter of admissions from a four year college. Scholarship recipient must submit a 500 word essay on their Hispanic heritage. Recipient must submit two letters of recommendations (not from a family member). Scholarship recipient must advise of any awards and club committees they have served on. Scholarship recipient must apply award to tuition.

Homer V. Bryans Memorial Scholarships: $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least 12 credit hours in a Nursing program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and be a resident of Volusia or Flagler county (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).  Preference will be given to students who are not receiving financial aid.

J. P. Miller Endowment Scholarship: $1,400 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll in an AA degree program for at least 12 semester hours during the semester in which the  scholarship is sought and will continue into a B.S. degree in an Education field at Daytona State following the completion of the AA degree.  Applicants must intend to pursue a degree in education at any level, have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.  Applicants must describe in their essay how the scholarship will benefit them and the community.  The scholarship recipient will be honored by having his or her name added to a plaque in the L. Gale Lemerand Center on the Daytona Beach Campus.  (Awarded over two semesters $700 per semester).

Jack Jessee Memorial Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Photographic Technology program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must express an interest in a career as a photojournalist, have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA, and demonstrate financial need.  Applicants must be a resident of Volusia or Flagler County (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license), show a talent for photography, and submit a portfolio of their work.  Preference will be given to past recipients of this award.

James Buddy Davenport: $800 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll in a business or culinary management program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must reside in the Southeast Volusia area and demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to single parents (male or female).

James Fentress Scholarship: $750 scholarship for a full time student seeking an AA or AS degree. Scholarship recipient must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA for college classes already taken, if any. Scholarship recipient must have at least a "C" cumulative GPA for high school work. Preference will be given to students in nursing or education programs. Scholarship recipient must be a Florida resident. Scholarship award may be used for tuition, books, and fees.

James Walter Fitts Memorial Endowment Scholarship: $700 scholarship for a continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours in a healthcare related program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA, be making satisfactory progress towards program completion, and demonstrate financial need.  

Jeff Evans Good Neighbor Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Photography program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must submit a portfolio of photographs of a Volusia or Flagler county community event or a special event of a Volusia or Flagler county community non-profit organization. Portfolio must include an 8x10 signed sample of work, which will be framed by the Foundation and presented to the donor of the scholarship. Scholarship recipient must provide a copy of their portfolio to the community organization or event sponsor.

Jeremy Yorke Doliner Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least 12 semester hours in an AA, AS, or BAS program in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA and be a resident of Volusia or Flagler counties.

John T. Brunson Endowment Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll in at least 12 semester hours in a Dental  program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA, be a graduate of a local high school and demonstrate financial need. 

Jonathan M.R. Zinsli Scholarship:  $500 scholarships for a new or continuing student who will enroll in the photographic technology program at DSC.Scholarship recipient must demonstrate  volunteer serivce in the photography department, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be a mentor.

Judith Walker Studio Arts Scholarship Fund: $500 scholarship.  Scholarship recipient must be enrolled in the Studio Arts program in the semester in which they apply. Scholarship recipient must have a 2.0 GPA or better. Scholarship recipient must demonstrate financial need.

June Drulard Endowment Scholarships: $800 scholarship for new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours during the semester that the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Junior League Scholarship Quasi-Endowment: $1,000 scholarship. The scholarships purpose is exclusively educational/charitable. The league reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in & commitment to volunteerism.

Kathy Milthorpe Leadership Scholarship: $500 scholarship to a student enrolled in the Accounting Program at DSC in the semester in which they apply. Scholarship recipient must demonstrate leadership ability in their essay. First preference who major in accounting or finance. Scholarship recipient must have a 2.5 GPA or better.

Kenneth Hawthorne Memorial Scholarship: $1000 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours at the DSC Flagler/Palm Coast Campus during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA, be a resident of Flagler County (provide copy of voter registration or driver's license) and demonstrate financial need. 

Kodak Professional Merit Photo Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship which will recognize the best photography major student to encourage them to succeed. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.

Lendell Wade Wyatt Memorial Endowment Scholarship: $600 scholarship for new or continuing students who will be enrolled at DSC in the semester for which the assistance is sought. Applicants must be students who have special needs, resulting from a disability. Must be U.S. citizen and must demonstrate financial need. Applicant may be requested to interview with the selection committee.

Lil and Yorke Doliner Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship or (2 $500 scholarships up to 2 semesters ) for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least 12 semester hours in an AA degree program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must intend to pursue a bachelor's degree upon graduation from DSC, have a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA and be a Volusia or Flagler county resident (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license). The scholarships will be awarded over two semesters ($500 per semester).

Linda Sharples Center for Women and Men Scholarship: $1000 scholarships are given out once per school year.
Applicant must: 1) have minimum 2.75 cumulative GPA, 2) have participated in Center for Women and Men program, 3) receive referral from Center for Women and Men program coordinator, and 4) complete scholarship application which includes a personal essay and reference from Daytona State College instructor.

Lisa Memro Scholarship Fund Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will be enrolled at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and must demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to students who will enroll in developmental classes.

Lois S Cox Scholarship Fund: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll in the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minim cumulative 2.5 GPA; demonstrate financial need.

Lombardo Family  Scholarship: $250 - $500 scholarship.   Recipient must have completed at least 30 credit hours and all developmental classes. Scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and must demonstrate financial need.

Lorraine Genest Memorial Endowment Scholarships:   $750 scholarships for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Volusia or Flagler county (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).  Scholarship recipients should repay fund at a future date, if able.

Marcia N. Higgs Scholarship: $750 scholarships for a new or continuing student; recipient must be enrolled in the semester for which scholarship is sought.  Recipient must maintain satisfactory progress.  Recipient must be a US citizen with an interest in Spanish related language/studies. Recipient must demonstrate financial need.

Margaret Kingson Scholarship: $1,500 scholarship for a new or continuing full time student; enrolled in teaching program at DSC; maintain a 2.0 GPA; recipient must be a US citizen.  Recipient must demonstrate financial need.

Martha G. Moore Practical Nursing Scholarships: $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will be enrolled in the Practical Nursing program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA., be a resident of Volusia or Flagler County, and demonstrate financial need. Scholarship will be awarded over two semesters ($500 per semester). Preference will be given to single parents (male or female).

Mathilda Preu Endowment Scholarships: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum 2.0 GPA.

Max and Ann Madorsky Endowment Scholarship: $800 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in the Hospitality Management program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Volusia or Flagler county (provide copy of voter registration card of driver's license).

McMurtry Adult Learner Scholarship: $250 scholarship for a new college credit DSC student who successfully completes the GED program at DSC.  Applicants must be first-semester college credit students at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicant essays should address two topics:  "What are your career and educational goals and how do you plan to reach them?" and "What obstacles have you had to overcome in order to attain your GED?"  The scholarship amount is based on actual tuition with a maximum award of $250.

Medical Education Technologies Nursing Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a continuing student who will have completed at least one semester in a nursing program at DSC prior to the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must also be enrolled in a nursing program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants' essays should address the human patient simulator (HPS) and how it has impacted their studies in healthcare.

Mercedes Lopez Scholarship: $600 book scholarship for a new or continuing student who is an American Indian  from the Oglala Sioux tribe and will enroll at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must provide tribal certificate verifying they are indeed from the Oglala Sioux Tribe.  

National Defense Industrial Association Scholarship: $2,000 scholarship to new or continuing students who will enroll in the Simulation Technology degree program or in one of the STEM related program fields of study: Computer Engineering, Software Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, Internet Services Technology, Networking Services Technology, Drafting and Design Technlogy, and Manufacturing Technology at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. First choice goes to students enrolled in simulation technology prgram.  Applicants must be a Florida resident and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.  Scholarship will be awarded over two semesters ($1000 per semester).  Students must continue to meet the minimum criteria of the scholarship to receive second or subsequent installments.

Nellie Hosseini Karger Scholarship: 1 $1000 award to a new or continuing student from a low-income, economically disadvantaged family, who is  enrolled in at least 6 hrs in an A.A., A.S. or Certificate program.  Student must demonstrate financial need and first preference will be given to a student who has participated in the Community Foundaton of Volusia and Flager "Food Brings Hope" Initiative.  Student must have graduated from a Volusia or Flagler County High School, must be a resident of Volusia or Flagler County.  Continuing students must have a DSC GPA of 2.5; new students must hav a high school GPA of 2.5.

Nissan Auto Scholarship: $800 scholarship for a (technical & Industrial) student enrolled in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicant must demonstrate financial need.

Noble Watts -Greenlee Memorial Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least 6 semester hours in a music major (or who is preparing for a music-related career) during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, demonstrate financial need & qualify for the Florida resident tuition rate (provide copy of voter registration card or driver’s license).

Norma Pruden Painting Scholarships: $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll in one of the following two classes:  ART 1500C (Painting I) or ART 1501C (Painting II) during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.   Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.

Norman N. Miller & Rotary Scholarship Endowment: $1,000 scholarship for fulltime or part time student with 2.0 GPA or higher who has followed the Rotary Motto and Objectives which are having potential leadership, character and service to our community.  Same student can receive scholarship for 2 consecutive years. Must be an Ormond Beach resident (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license). 

Norman Neill Johnson Scholarship: $600 scholarship for a new or continuing student enrolled in a drawing or wood working program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.

North Star Scholarships: $700 scholarship for continuing students who have completed at least 30 credit hours and will enroll for at least six semester hours in an Associate of Arts degree program, an Associate of Science degree program or an Associate of Applied Science degree program during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and be a Florida resident (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).

Officer Kevin J. Fischer Memorial Scholarship: $600 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Basic Law Enforcement Academy during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Ormond Beach / Daytona Beach Business & Professional Women's Club: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing female student who will enroll for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must be Ormond Beach or Daytona Beach Resident & US resident (provide copy of voter registration card of driver's license), have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.  Scholarship recipient is expected to attend at least one Ormond Beach / Daytona Beach Business & Professional Women meeting.

Palm Coast Community Center Endowment Scholarship: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must be a graduate of Flagler/Palm Coast High School (minimum 2.5 high school GPA is required), have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to students who will attend the DSC Flagler/Palm Coast Campus.

Palm Coast Women's Club Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing female student who will enroll in an AA, AS,  or BAS degree program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must be full or part time (minimum of 6 credit hours) and a resident of Flagler County (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license).  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.  Scholarship recipients will be requested to attend a meeting of the Palm Coast Women's Club and/or annual banquet in May.

Peninsula Woman’s Club Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship available to new or continuing students. Student must be a female, and also must be enrolled at DSC in a degree program in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.

Pilot Club of Daytona Beach: $2,000 scholarship to a new or continuing student.  Scholarship recipient must be enrolled in ADN program at DSC.  Scholarship recipient will be expected to attend a meeting of the Pilot Club of Daytona Beach.

Pilot Club of the Halifax Area Scholarship: $1,500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least twelve credit hours in the semester for which the scholarship is sought and who is seeking a degree in education or nursing with an emphasis on brain related disorders (i.e. autism, brain injury, Alzheimer’s etc.).  Applicant must demonstrate financial need. The scholarship recipient will be expected to attend a Pilot Club of the Halifax Area meeting, to be scheduled by the donor of the scholarship. The scholarship will be awarded over two semesters ($750 per semester).

Ponce Inlet Women’s Club: $1,000 scholarship.  Scholarship recipient may be a new or continuing student. Scholarship recipient must be enrolled at least 6 credit hours at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Scholarship recipient must be working toward a degree or certificate at DSC.  Scholarship recipient must maintain satisfactory progress toward program completion.  Scholarship recipient must demonstrate financial need.  Scholarship recipient must be a returning adult student.

Port Orange/South Daytona Rotary Club Scholarship Endowment: $1000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Volusia County. First preference will be given to graduate of either Spruce Creek High School or Atlantic High School. Second preference will be given to graduate of Warner Christian Academy Father Lopez High School or Mainland High School. Scholarship recipient must be willing to participate in at least one Rotary community service project and attend at least one Rotary luncheon meeting.

Purple Heart Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Associate Degree Nursing program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.  Applicants must be U.S. citizens and residents of Volusia County.  Applicants must demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to descendants or spouses of veterans (please explain relationship in essay).

Registered Professional Nurses Assoc. of Flagler Cty: $1000 scholarship for a continuing student who will enroll for at least 12 semester hours in the ADN program.   Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA. Nursing (Assoc. Degree) program and be a U.S. citizen.  Applicants must reside in Flagler County. Applicants must also submit two recommendations:  one personal (not from a relative) and one from a member of the Nursing faculty.(Revised description & award amount per donor)- donor to contact foundation every January for Fall announcement?? Rachael R. Davenport Allied Health Scholarship: $800 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least 6 semester hours in an allied health program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must reside in Southeast Volusia County, demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to single parents (male or female) and to students in the nursing aide program.

Regroup USA, Inc.: $500 scholarship to a 3rd semester continuing non-traditional student who will enroll full time in at least 12 credit hours with a minimum GPA of 3.0 .  Must be a Volusia or Flagler resident (provide copy of voter registration card of driver's license). Student must be available for a meeting with scholarship donor.

Renee M. Keller Nursing Scholarship: $2,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in the Nursing (associate degree) program (leading to qualification as a registered nurse) during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to graduates of either Seabreeze High School or Mainland High School.  The scholarship will be awarded over two semesters ($1,000 per semester).

Renee M. Keller Scholarship Fund: $2,000 scholarship  for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours in the Nursing (associate degree) program (leading to qualification as a registered nurse) during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to graduates of either Seabreeze High School or Mainland High School.  The scholarship will be awarded over two semesters ($1,000 per semester).

Richard Miller Music Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll full-time in a Music program at DSC in the semester in which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. 

Robert Grim Memorial Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student. Scholarship recipient must have been accepted and be enrolled in the Law Enforcement Recruit Training at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Scholarship recipient must be eligible for employment under FDLE guidelines. Scholarship recipient must intend to work in Volusia or Flagler County for at least two years after program completion. Student must include in essay what their financial position is and the reason for wanting to enter the law enforcement profession.

Robert J. Ransom Nursing Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a single, displaced homemaker returning to college.  Applicant must have a 3.0 GPA and must demonstrate financial need.

Robert Woisard Scholarship Fund:  $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA, be a resident of Volusia or Flagler county (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license) and demonstrate financial need. Scholarship will be awarded over two semesters ($500 per semester respectively).

Sheriff Edwin H. Duff II Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for a continuing student who has already completed at least 12 college credit hours at DSC and will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Criminal Justice program or a law-related business program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA

Shirley Rose Roberts Memorial Scholarship for Nursing (ADN Program): $500 scholarship will be awarded to a new or continuing full time student enrolled in the DSC Nursing program.  Student must maintain a 2.5 GPA, be a US citizen and demonstrate financial need.

Skelly Grant Scholarship: $800 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least 9 credit hours in a nursing program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must demonstrate financial aid.

Smith, Ruth E. Fund: $500 scholarship for general aid to DSC students enrolled in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Student must demonstrate financial need.

Society for Information Management (SIM) - Central Florida Scholarship Fund: $1,500 Scholarships ($750 for Fall and $750 for Spring) for a full or part-time student in the B.S. in Engineering Technology - Information Systems Technology Concentration major. Student must demonstrate financial need, be a Florida resident (provide a copy of voter registration card or driver's license) and be enrolled in the semester for which the scholarship is sought.

Southern States Utilities Endowment Scholarship: $800 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Stephen Way Memorial Endowment Scholarships: $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours at DSC in a business program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and must not be eligible for, nor receiving financial aid.

Steve Schildecker BSN NursingScholarship:   $1000 scholarships for nursing students at DSC or graduates of DSC (any year any health program) accepted at a college or university and be admitted to Bachelor or Science in Nursing program and be enrolled during the semester for which the scholarships are sought. Applicants must maintain satisfactory progress toward program completion and demonstrate financial need

Steve Schildecker Associate Degree in Nursing Scholarships: $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll in the Nursing (associate degree) program (leading to qualification as a registered nurse) for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Volusia or Flagler county for a period of two years after completing the program.

Steve Schildecker Health Information Management Scholarships: $500 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll in the Health Information Management program for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Volusia or Flagler county for a period of two years after completing the program.

Steve Schildecker Licensed Practical Nursing Scholarships: $500 scholarships for new or continuing students who will enroll in the Licensed Practical Nursing program for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Volusia or Flagler county for a period of two years after completing the program.

Steve Schildecker Medical Assisting Scholarships: $500 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll in the Medical Assisting program for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Volusia or Flagler county for a period of two years after completing the program.

Steve Schildecker Medical Laboratory Technology Scholarships: $500 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll in the Medical Laboratory Technology program for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Volusia or Flagler county for a period of two years after completing the program.

Steve Schildecker Occupational Therapy Assistant Scholarships: $500 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Volusia or Flagler county for a period of two years after completing the program.

Steve Schildecker Physical Therapist Assistant Scholarships: $500 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll in the Physical Therapist Assistant program for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Volusia or Flagler county for a period of two years after completing the program.

Steve Schildecker Radiography Scholarships: $500 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll in the Radiography program for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Volusia or Flagler county for a period of two years after completing the program.

Steve Schildecker Respiratory Care Scholarships: $500 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll in the Respiratory Care program for at  least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Volusia or Flagler county for a period of two years after completing the program.

Steve Schildecker Surgical Technology Scholarship: $500 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll in the Surgical Technology program for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Volusia or Flagler county for a period of two years after completing the program.

Surgical Tech Scholarship Fund: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Surgical Technology program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Tillandsia Garden Club: $1,000 scholarship to a new or continuing student who is enrolled full time (12 credit hours or more) with an average 3.0 GPA.  Student must be an Environmental Science Technology Major. Must be a US Citizen, a resident of Volusia County (provide copy of voter registration card or driver's license) and a graduate of a Volusia County High School.

Thomas, Margaret & John Crumley Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will be enrolled in a science program seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Science.  Student must have a 3.0 GPA, and must also demonstrate financial need.

VADM John S. Disher Simulation Technology Scholarship:   $1700 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will be enrolled in the DSC simulation technology degree program in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must be a Florida resident, must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5, and must have some degree of financial need.  Scholarship will be awarded over two semesters ($850 per semester).

Virginia M. Lipka Nursing Endowment Scholarship: $800 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Nursing (associate degree) program (leading to qualification as a registered nurse) during the semester for which the scholarships are sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Voiture #294, 40 & 8 Scholarship: $650 scholarship for a continuing student who has completed at least one semester in a nursing program. Scholarship applicant must be enrolled in a nursing program at DSC during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Scholarship recipient must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA

Volusia A/ C Contractor Scholarship: $500 scholarship for a new or continuing student who are enrolled in air conditioning program.  Student must demonstrate financial need and have a 2.0 GPA

Volusia Auxiliary of FL Hospital Flagler Scholarship: Recipient may be a new or continuing student. $1,000 Scholarship, recipient must be enrolled in a clinical health care program at DSC in the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Scholarship recipient must demonstrate scholastic excellence. Scholarship recipient must demonstrate some degree of financial need. Scholarship recipient must be a resident of Flagler County (provide a copy of voter registration card or driver's license). Scholarship recipient must be a citizen of the United States.

Volusia County Medical Society Alliance Foundation Scholarship: $800 scholarship to a recipient must have been a resident of Volusia County for a minimum of one year.  Scholarship recipient must have completed a minimum of 25 semester hours and must maintain a minimum of nine semester hours during the semester of award. Scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum of 3.25 GPA as evidenced by official transcripts. Scholarship recipient must be on a track to receive an AS or AA degree, first choice to a student on a biology track, pre-med major; second choice to a student in the nursing field.   Student must be a US Citizen.  Preference given to students who have successfully completed their AS degree at DSC through the Duel Enrolllment Program or who have participated in the Dual Enrollment Program while in High School.  Preference will also be given to students who are relatives of VCMS members and/or who are referred to / by VCMS members.  Students essays should confirm their career goals in the field of Biology and/or Pre-Med.  Students must also indicated if they are a relative of a VCMS member.

Volusia Manufacturers Association Scholarship: $500 scholarship for new or continuing students who will enroll for at least six semester hours in the Manufacturing Technology Degree program or the Machine Trades Apprenticeship program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA. Scholarship recipients may be requested to attend a meeting or luncheon with Volusia Manufacturers Assoc. Representatives.

Wallace & Hanna Miller Endowment: $800 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least twelve semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (first-semester students must maintain a 3.0 high school GPA).

Walter Konak Endowment Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for new or continuing students who have already completed at least 30 college credit hours and will enroll for at least six semester hours during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must have a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.

William W. Gay Veteran Scholarship (Daytona Beach Rotary West): $1,200 scholarship to a new or continuing, student who will enroll full or part time with a minimum 2.0 GPA for the semester the in which the scholarship is sought. (includes all degrees and certificates) Student must be a Volusia County Resident (with a strong preference for Eastern Volusia County) and a Veteran or an immediate family member (spouse or child) of a veteran-Note-**active duty military satisfies veteran requirement and if discharged must be honorable discharge** Student must attend and speak at Rotary Club Meeting. 

Women of the Moose - Daytona Beach Chapter 1019 Scholarship: $1,000 scholarship for a new or continuing student who will enroll for at least 12 semester hours in the Public Emergency Medical Services program during the semester for which the scholarship is sought.  Applicants must be a Volusia County resident (provide a copy of voter registration card or driver's license), have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA, and demonstrate financial need.  Preference will be given to children & grandchildren of Moose Organization members (LOOM or WOTM). 

Young Professional's Group: $1,000 scholarship to a graduate (within one year) of a Volusia County  public or private high school.  Student must be a full time student in the College of Business, College of Technology,  College of Health, Human and Public Service  or College of Education, have a 3.0 HS GPA and have been active in at least 2 clubs or 2 sports teams in HS or a combination of each. Can  substitute part time employment for one of the clubs or sports activities.  Must have completed 15 hours of Community Service while in High School and provide references on the scholarship application from these activities.
